"The materials used have a great feel and seem to be great quality. Think the fixing of the pad that covers the wheels could have done with a better fixing than Velcro. From the online videos I though I would be able to get more in the bag than I currently can, but this could just take practice as I also have both a laptop and IPad with chargers to take on business trips."
