1. Return Policy

You can start your return in the portal here.

1.1 Outlined return policy
•    You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return through our return portal.
•    Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
•    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.2 Exchanges
Exchanges are possible through our return portal. 

1.3 Return Costs
•   A fixed return label fee of $49 applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund after processing.
•   Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable.

2. How to Return Your Order

2.1 Return Steps
•    All returns must be submitted through our return portal.
•    Select the item(s) you would like to return and choose your return reason
•    Follow the instructions provided and generate your return shipping label
•    Print the label and attach it securely to the outside of your package
•    Pack your item(s) carefully, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included
•    Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup

3. Refunds
•    Once we have received your return, we will process it within 7 business days. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund. 
•   Please note that it may take several business days for returned packages to arrive at our warehouse and appear in the tracking system.
•   Additionally, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
