Thank you for shopping at Airback. We take pride in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Eligibility

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return through our return portal.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Used products are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@airback.us and include any photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If Checkout+ was selected, a free return label may be provided

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select before completing your order. It gives you the possibility of free returns. We recommend choosing Checkout+ if you’d like a smoother return process and to avoid return shipping costs.

  • If Checkout+ was not selected, a return label may be provided at the cost of $29

How to Return Your Order

All returns must be submitted through our return portal:

  • Select the item(s) you would like to return and choose your return reason
  • Follow the instructions provided and generate your return shipping label (a copy will also be emailed to you)
  • Print the label and attach it securely to the outside of your package
  • Pack your item(s) carefully, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included
  • Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we have received your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
